British Council IELTS test results are accessible to candidates depending on the mode of their examination. Students who have appeared for the offline paper-based exam can preview their IELTS result after 13 days following the test date. The final scorecard is available on the Test Report Form (TRF).

The following are the steps to get the British Council IELTS Results
Step 1: Go to www.ielts.org/TRF and log in with the email address you gave on your application form and the password you received in the registration email.
Step 2 – From the left-hand menu, select “Download Results.”
Step 3 – Choose a date period for the results you want to get, including the test’s TAKEN date.
Step 4 – Select whether your results are displayed in XML or CSV format. Photos of candidates are only available in XML format.
Step 5 – To get a list of all test results within the given date range, click “Submit.”
Paper and computer tests:
If you take the IELTS on paper, your Test Report Form will be accessible 13 days after the test is completed.
If you take an IELTS computer exam, you will receive your results three to five days following the test..
IELTS for UKVI and Life Skills: You can access your results 13 days after your test if you take IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration.
If you take IELTS for Life Skills, you will receive your results seven days following the test.
If you are applying to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, you will receive two copies of your Test Report Form (IRCC). You can either have it mailed to you or pick it up in person at your exam centre. If you’re not satisfied with your score(s), you can ask for a review through an Enquiry on Results (EOR) service.
Re-mark your IELTS Result
Within six weeks of the date shown on your TRF, you must seek a re-mark at your test centre. You can have the entire test, or certain sections re-marked (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking). Candidates hoping to get their results re-marked must pay for ‘Enquiry on Results’ (EOR). This fee is entirely refundable if the re-marked scores are higher than the original. For further information about fees, contact your exam centre. Depending on numerous circumstances, including the number of parts sought for remark, your result will usually be ready in 2 to 21 days. Please get in touch with your test facility if you have not gotten an answer after 28 days.
